CodeClimb is an online learning platform operated by Ozak Technologies Limited, a company registered in Kampala, Uganda. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Ozak Technologies Limited.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: Full name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Payment Information: Phone number provided at checkout for Mobile Money transactions. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN, card numbers, or any financial credentials.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, such as courses viewed, pages visited, and enrollment history.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process payments and enroll you in courses.
• To send you important notifications about your courses, sessions, and account activity.
• To improve the platform and user experience.

4. Payment Processing

All payments on CodeClimb are processed securely by Flutterwave, a licensed third-party payment provider. When you make a payment, your financial details are handled entirely by Flutterwave’s secure infrastructure. We never see, store, or have access to your Mobile Money PINs, card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and expire after 7 days. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.

6. Analytics

We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our platform. These tools collect anonymized usage data to help us improve performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

7. Data Protection

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. All authentication tokens are transmitted over secure, encrypted connections.
