Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CodeClimb, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ozak Technologies Limited, a company registered in Kampala, Uganda.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Users under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to create an account.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

• Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course you purchased.
• Courses with an “Open” or “Ongoing” status include access to live sessions, recordings, and course materials.
• Courses with a “Completed” status provide access to recorded sessions and materials only. No live sessions are included.
• Access to purchased courses is granted for the lifetime of the platform, unless your account is terminated for violating these terms.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. By making a purchase, you agree to Flutterwave’s terms of service in addition to ours. Course prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All sales on CodeClimb are final. Once a payment is successfully processed and course access is granted, no refunds will be issued. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting us within 48 hours of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to video recordings, code samples, slides, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Ozak Technologies Limited and its instructors. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any course content.
• Share your account credentials with others to grant unauthorized access.
• Record, screen-capture, or download course content for distribution.
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CodeClimb to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or instructors.
• Upload or share malicious software, spam, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate any of these terms. In the event of termination for policy violations, no refund will be issued for any purchased courses.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeClimb is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Ozak Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of CodeClimb after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
